About Zesta Events
Zesta Events is an event planning company operating islandwide from its base at 1 Raffles Blvd, Singapore 039593. The listing is KakiList-verified, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. With 4.5 out of 5 across 10,002 Google reviews, the rating rests on a robust sample and provides a reliable signal of consistent client satisfaction. Pricing is positioned in the mid-range ($$) on a package basis, in line with the Singapore market for full-service event planners.
For prospective clients, the process typically begins with an enquiry by phone or contact form, sharing the event date, venue, theme or style brief, and approximate headcount. A planning consultation follows to scope the engagement — whether full end-to-end event management or a specific set of deliverables — before a package proposal is issued. Expect to discuss deposit terms (typically 30–50% on signing), the balance payment schedule (usually 1–2 weeks pre-event), setup and teardown windows, travel charges for non-central venues, wet-weather or contingency plans for outdoor components, and whether public liability insurance is in place for venue setups at HDB void decks, condo function rooms, or hotel spaces. Lead time for popular event dates — particularly Saturday evenings in March, April, October, and November — can run 6–12 months, so early engagement is advisable.
To take the next step, reach out to Zesta Events via phone or the contact form with your event date, format, and a brief description of what you need, and request a written package proposal with a full breakdown of inclusions, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy before paying any deposit.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Singapore Ink Show 2025 – Amazing Experience! This was my first time attending the Singapore Ink Show, and it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I’m someone who usually just goes to work and home, so stepping into this event was something completely new for me. The moment I entered, the vibe, music, and energy were unreal. You can feel the passion from every artist, booth, and visitor. There were so many talented tattoo artists from around the world — each with their own unique styles and stories. Watching live tattoo sessions up close really showed the level of skill and dedication behind every piece of art. I even got to meet my god bro there who took leave just to attend, and it made the whole experience even better. The place was well organized, and the crowd was full of friendly, creative people. This event reminded me how much art can bring people together. If you love tattoos or just want to see something inspiring, I 100% recommend coming to the next Singapore Ink Show. It’s worth every minute. Can’t wait for next event! 🎟️🔥
Excellent convention center. Fee wifi are available. Location are superb, connected to shopping complex and restaurants. Several room type available. Clean room and restrooms. Closed to subway and many hotels.
I visited the Smart Home IT Sale exhibition at Suntec a few days ago (should be on 16 Nov 2025). I actually spent more time at the area outside the hall. Overall, I was happy with the ambience and found the booth attendants approachable and friendly. Entry was smooth, though I did experience some slight difficulty navigating my way through Suntec Mall before finally locating the venue. I managed to snag some great bargains there, and even brought home a free gift! All I had to do was take part in a simple, no-strings-attached lucky draw (check out the pic of my OSIM cleaning glove 😊). Thumbs up to the organizer and all the participating companies and their staff for making my visit such a pleasant experience. It may seem like I’m “over-appreciating” things, but some will understand why, especially after reading about my last experience at another exhibition. P/S: If the lighting in the area outside the hall could be brighter, that would make the experience even better!
I seldom visit convention & exhibitions. But overall is a lot great experience! Is great place to explore. All the brands who taking part, they really provide the value to their customers.

Zesta Events prices on a package basis, and the final figure depends on the event type, scope, headcount, and duration. As a reference, Singapore market norms for event planning and related services run broadly as follows: full event planning (excluding venue and F&B) typically S$5,000–25,000+; kids' birthday party packages with entertainment and décor S$500–2,500; baby full-month or 100-day bundles S$300–2,000; floral and décor installations S$300–1,500; DJ or emcee slots S$600–3,000+ for a standard event window. The quoted package price should be itemised to show: deposit (typically 30–50% on signing), balance payment timing, hours of coverage or number of pieces and installations, deliverables and handover timeline, travel charge for non-central venues, and GST where applicable. Confirm all of this in writing before paying. See the full event planners cost guide for Singapore →
Lead time depends heavily on the event type and date. For weddings, popular photographers, planners, and décor specialists typically book out 6–12 months in advance, with peak Saturdays in March, April, October, and November filling earliest. For birthday parties and baby celebrations, 6–12 weeks is usually sufficient for in-demand entertainers and balloon decorators, though more lead time is always safer. For floral arrangements, 2–4 weeks is standard for bridal bouquets and event centrepieces. Once you have a shortlist, secure your preferred date with a signed contract and deposit — verbal holds are not reliable. If any element of the event is outdoors or at a venue with restrictions, ask about wet-weather contingency and what the rescheduling terms look like before committing.
The Singapore industry standard for event vendors is a 30–50% non-refundable deposit on signing to secure the date, with the balance due 1–2 weeks before the event. The deposit typically covers the date hold and any planning or design hours invested up front. Confirm in writing exactly what the deposit covers, whether it is transferable to a future date if you need to reschedule, and what happens if a force-majeure event — such as a venue closure or public-health restriction — requires postponement. Also ask about public liability insurance, particularly for setups at HDB void decks, condo function rooms, or hotel venues, where the venue manager may require a copy of the certificate before allowing the vendor on-site. Put the full deliverables list, balance schedule, and rescheduling terms in writing before paying any deposit.
